Frequently asked questions
Do I need a subscription to print a pack?
No. A pack you buy is yours: you print it, save the PDF and download the PNGs without a subscription. The subscription is only for printing what you make in the editor.
Do you ship the buttons?
No. You get digital art to print: the button art and the packaging art.
How do I get the art?
As soon as your payment is approved, the pack shows up in My packs, in your account. From there you print the A4 sheet or save the files.
Does it work with my button machine?
Each pack is drawn for a button size, listed on its page. Check your machine's size before you buy.
Does the pack get new art?
Yes. When a pack gets new art, it shows up for everyone who already bought it, at no cost. The art you bought never leaves your account.
Can I sell the buttons I make?
Yes. You can print the designs and sell the physical buttons. You just can't share, resell or pass on the pack's files.
What if I change my mind?
Within 7 days of purchase, if nothing in the pack has been downloaded or printed, we refund the full amount. Outside Brazil, Paddle sells the pack, and refunds follow its terms.
